About This Role
Togabe Transportation is looking for diligent and organized Clerks to support our administrative operations. The successful candidates will handle day-to-day clerical duties and ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents.
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate databases.
- Handle basic bookkeeping and filing of financial records.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or related field.
- Basic computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
